FEMQ ("we", "us") provides a wellness and educational tool designed for adults aged 18+. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It is written to be read.

Data we collect

• Account info: email, authentication identifiers.
• Health data: onboarding responses, symptom logs, cycle data, mood, sleep, food notes, weight (optional), hormone pattern classification.
• Usage data: device type, session activity, crash logs.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

How we use it

Only to personalize your plan, generate your insights and reports, run the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Storage & security

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to staff who need it to operate the service. FEMQ is not a HIPAA-covered entity unless explicitly stated in writing.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time in Settings, or by writing to privacy@femq.app. Deletion is permanent.

Children's privacy

FEMQ is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
