Nature of the service

FEMQ is a general wellness and educational tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a licensed provider before making medical decisions or changing medication, exercise, or diet.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. By using FEMQ you confirm you meet this requirement.

Subscription & billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time in Settings; access continues through the paid period.
• Refunds are handled per the applicable app store policy or by written request within 7 days for direct billing.
• We will email you 3 days before any trial ends.

Prohibited uses

You may not use FEMQ to harass others, reverse-engineer the service, or share your login. Community pods have their own conduct rules; violations may terminate access.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FEMQ is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute resolution

Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
